All our prices are in Canadian dollars and may be changed without warning.

PAYMENT

All orders are payable in advance. We accept credit card payments exclusively (Visa and MasterCard).

ORDER CANCELLATION

It is possible to cancel an order made through our online store if it has not yet been mailed. Please send an email to boutiqueenligne@monastere.ca

REPORTING A MISTAKE

In the event of a mistake on our part, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your package.


DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees, as well as return fees, are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

 

For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes, as well as any postal service-related fees the carrier may request upon delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Your order will be sent from Le Monastère’s boutique a maximum of 5 business after you’ve placed it.

 

Once your order has been mailed, we’ll send you an email containing tracking and shipping information (tracking number).

 

Please note that shipping may take a little longer during busier periods.

 

We use Purolator or Canada Post to ship packages from the boutique.
