Any returns involving defective or non-compliant merchandise must be approved through email (boutiqueenligne@monastere.ca) before being sent back to us. The merchandise will then be refunded or replaced as per the conditions established with Le Monastère via email. Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Any refund or exchange requests for defective products must be made within 30 days of receiving your package. No refunds or exchanges will be approved beyond this period.

 

Refunds and exchanges of non-defective products is conditional to the merchandise being in good condition; shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

No returns are possible for international orders.
